IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS

Make sure you use a GOOGLE CHROME browser.

Fill out the GOOGLE FORM BELOW and register to volunteer as a judge for the contest.

HOW TO ACCESS THE FORMS

Hover over the small gray box in the top right corner on the form below.
Click to pop-up and open Google Forms.
Fill out the form and click submit at the bottom of the form. You will receive a copy of your submission in your email in promotions/updates/or spam section of your Gmail.
