Apr 22 Contest Q&A with Prizes after regular KidLit meeting at 6:00 p.m. CDT.
May 27 Pre-Contest Celebration & Prizes Event after regular KidLit meeting at 6:00 p.m. CDT.
Jun 1 Contest opens with a Zoom Event at 6:00 p.m. CDT.
Jun 30 Contest closes. Cutoff time is 11:59 p.m. CDT.
July 1 Entries to be sent to judges.
July 30 Deadline to return scoresheets from judges.
Aug 15 Awards Celebration Night! Winners, prizes, & awards at 6:00 p.m. CDT in ZOOM.

ENTRY FEES:
$20 For dues paying members of ACFW KidLit Chapter or ACFW National. (Please note that you may apply for membership BEFORE you enter the contest as a member. Membership is $75 to join ACFW National for the first year. The optional ACFW KidLit Online Chapter Membership is $11 annually.
$30 For everyone else. But we’d love to see you join our online KidLit chapter and ACFW American Christian Fiction Writers.
NUMBER OF ENTRIES ALLOWED:
Maximum of 5 total entries per person per year.
Maximum of 2 entries in any one category.
Manuscripts can only be entered once and in only one category.
Each entry will be paid for separately during submission.
We will only accept the first submission of a particular entry.
NON REFUNDABLE ENTRY FEES:
Contest fees are nonrefundable.
Please make sure the name you use in PayPal matches the name you use when submitting to the contest.
If they do not match, make sure to note that on your PayPal payment or send an email to the CHAPTER EMAIL, not the contest email.
