• Remember to give plenty of notes to the entrants. The notes you provide on the GOOGLE FORM will be the only notes the entrants receive.

• Thank you in advance for helping new writers and published writers understand your scores and how they can improve their writing and book sales. 

DIRECTIONS

1. Sign in to your GMAIL before attempting to open the GOOGLE FORM.

2. If you have trouble, make sure you are using a GOOGLE CHROME browser.

3. Hover over the small gray box in the top right corner on the form below.

4. Click the gray box pop-up and open Google Forms.

5. Fill out the form and click submit at the bottom of the form. 

6. You will receive a copy of your submission in your email in promotions, updates, or spam folders of your Gmail.
