Please contact your category chair if you have questions about uploading your scoresheet or leaving notes for the entry you have been assigned.
When you are ready to enter your scores for an individual entry, click the GOOGLE FORM below.
Fill out the Google Form and click submit.
Remember to give plenty of notes to the entrants. The notes you provide on the GOOGLE FORM will be the only notes that entrants receive.

Sign in to your GOOGLE/GMAIL Account BEFORE downloading the GOOGLE FORM.
Make sure you use a GOOGLE CHROME browser.
Fill out the GOOGLE FORM BELOW and register to volunteer as a judge for the contest.
Hover over the small gray box in the top right corner on the form below.
Click to pop-up and open Google Forms.
Fill out the form and click submit at the bottom of the form. You will receive a copy of your submission in your email in promotions/updates/or spam section of your Gmail.
